This essential is made from pure 100% essential oils of Orange, Lavender, Geranium and Peppermint.
About the Oils:
Orange- Ahhh sweet orange oil, cold pressed from the rind of this beautiful juicy fruit. Potent with anti-anxiety and anti-depressant properties, this oil is uplifting and invigorating. Inhale and this oil is sure to enhance and balance your mood.
Geranium- With its floral and sweet aroma, Geranium is versatile in its uses. This flowery oil is great for uplifting the spirit, revitalizing the mind, and is extremely balancing. Its properties include anti-bacterial, anti-depressant, balancing (hormones), sedative, anti-microbial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory.
Lavender- This do it all oil has a unique auspicious aroma with a multitude of uses. It is most known for its calming and sedative properties. Lavender is great to provide a sense of softness, ease, and contentment
Peppermint- A shot of zest and pick me up is what peppermint gives. With its highly aromatic and minty aroma, peppermint has analgesic, carminative, and anti-inflammatory properties that help to combat headaches, exhaustion, and tension.
How to use
Meditative: Use this oil in meditative practice by placing one drop in your palm and rubbing your hand together. Deeply inhale the aroma. You can also dilute and apply to pulse points, wrists, neck, behind ears, top of head, soles of feet, or chakra points.
Aromatherapy: 6-10 drops in a diffuser.
Always dilute before use. If used diluted on skin, do not expose to sunlight. Citrus essential oils are photo-toxic and may burn skin if exposed to sunlight. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Never ingest essentials oils without consulting a doctor or certified clinical aromatherapist.
